Ira W. Yellen, APR, Fellow PRSA {President/CEO}

With a 30-year background in public relations, marketing, advertising and design, I oversee a professional staff for marketing and public relations projects by providing strategic business counsel for a wide range of client types, including start-ups, emerging companies, corporate, government, institutional, education and technology firms.

Marketing, Branding & Public Relations

Jenny Smith (Senior Public Relations and Branding Strategist)

Jenny managed statewide public relations for the Connecticut Commission on Culture & Tourism (now the Connecticut Office of Tourism) from 2006-2009. In this role, she managed media and community outreach activities that garnered year-over-year attendance increases for June’s popular Connecticut Open House Day, where historic and tourism attractions across the state open their door to Connecticut residents at reduced or no cost. From 2008 – 2011, she managed PR and community outreach for Wethersfield’s Webb-Deane-Stevens Museum, tripling attendance at the popular historic site’s “Revolutionary War Encampment” held over Memorial Day weekend.

Alison Karam, APR (Market Research and Planning)

Research and discovery to help clients understand the target audiences they need to reach and how to communicate with them. Diverse client base represents nonprofit, B2B, and government organizations in public service, education, health care, aerospace, banking, industrial and entrepreneurial arenas.

A big picture thinker with a “rubber meets the road” approach to successfully implementing marketing strategies,  and market research. Demonstrated leadership, problem solving and planning skills have strengthened customer relations, influenced public policy, enhanced organization brand image, increased client satisfaction, expanded market share and improved service delivery for business, nonprofit and government organizations.

Holly Pelton

With over 10 years experience as an independent designer, Holly provides creative marketing solutions by instilling originality, ingenuity and functionality in everything she creates. Her work for TTM includes corporate image design, collateral materials, illustration and fine art printing for educational accounts, technology firms and manufacturing companies. She the principal of Pelton Graphics.

Alaina Tobin

Alaina utilizes her natural skill and positive attitude to support our creative team. The important relationship between market research, content and visual aesthetics shine in her creative work. Projects for TTM include, corporate logo design, market research, collateral materials, websites, and e-newsletter correspondence.

Chief Web Designer

Dylan Pattenaude

Dylan is our chief web designer who develops our client sites from concept and design to development, he has a commanding knowledge of the field and has been instrumental in creating online advertising campaigns. Over twenty years of online application development, database architecture, and diversified marketing communications experience, integrating web based applications, online marketing with traditional marketing to create high-impact campaigns that create opportunities, results and revenue for clients. Created the digital solutions and implemented Interactive strategies for hundreds of senior living organizations, from individual communities to corporations with hundreds of locations throughout the nation.

Jack McConnell

As an advertising and annual report photographer, Jack has traveled all over the US and Europe working for Fortune 500 companies, for over 35 years. He shoots location and studio photography for industrial, corporate and technology industry sectors. His wife Paula McNamara and Jack run McConnell/McNamara, their photography business. Jack has partnered with TTM for over 10 years.

Sheri Mathieu

With over 25 years experience in strategic planning and account management, Sheri focuses on delivering market counsel, planning and management, photography and marketing communications. During the 1980s I was a freelance photographer working with various political and commercial clients. I realized that running a small business was a lonely endeavor, so I began to search for ways to combine my visual talent and marketing expertise in a field where I could utilize my core strengths — common sense, business logic, resourcefulness and creativity. Since 1987, I  have been an integral part of the firm’s growth — adding new clients; examining new markets and business opportunities; and introducing new marketing practices.
